Six Varieties of Roll-Ups

Roll-ups or "pinwheels" are great for buffets.  If you want to provide a lot of variety on one platter, this is the perfect opportunity to do it.

Here are six combinations I think work well for a diverse group of people.  There are vegetarian options included.

Of course, I had to include the Wisconsin party staple made with cream cheese, ham and a big dill pickle in the middle.

You can customize any roll-up with different flavored tortillas as well and also use flavored cream cheese for a different twist.

I like to put a frilled toothpick in each one for easy handling, too.
